This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Sumo Fire Arts ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is published by sainilabs. By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Sumo Fire Arts is a single-player fighting game played with numbers. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or files. The App works fully offline except for serving ads and the optional purchase.
On your device only (never sent to us): the bout you have reached, your coins and stars, your Fire meter, your win streak and best streak, how many times in a row you have lost the current bout, your dojo training levels, your total wins, bouts and perfect finishes, your sound, music, vibration and damage-hint settings, whether you have finished the tutorial and which rival rules have been explained to you, the date and streak of your daily gift, when free coins are next available, whether the "more games" card has been shown, and whether you own Remove Ads. These are stored locally using Android's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you. Google's handling of it is governed by Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Full-screen ads are shown only between bouts, never during one, and not in your first few bouts. There are no banner ads and no ads when you open the App. Several ads are optional and rewarded: you choose to watch them in exchange for a second wind after a loss, a doubled purse after a win, a doubled daily gift, or free coins, and declining costs you nothing.
In regions where it is required (such as the EEA and the UK), the App presents a consent request, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, before any ad is requested. If you decline personalized ads, you will still see non-personalized ads. You can reopen these choices any time from Settings → Privacy choices in the App, where it is offered.
You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The App offers one optional purchase, Remove Ads, which ends the full-screen ads between bouts. The optional rewarded videos stay available. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; we never see or store your payment details. The App asks Google Play whether you own Remove Ads and records only that answer on your device. The App can show a card of other games by sainilabs. So that a game you already have
reads "Play" rather than "Get", the App asks Android whether those specific games,
which are named inside the App, are installed. That check happens on your device and
the answer is never sent to us or to anyone else. Tapping a game opens it, or its page
on Google Play. Those links carry a campaign tag (utm_source=sumo) that tells
us, in Google Play's statistics, that a visit came from this App; it contains nothing
about you.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and is not enrolled in the "Designed for Families" programme. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App serves ads, please supervise use by minors.
The only data the App itself stores is the on-device game progress described above. It is retained until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Ad-related data is retained by Google according to Google's policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
