Privacy Policy for Nitro Pursuit

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Nitro Pursuit: Car Racing Game ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is published by sainilabs. By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Summary

Nitro Pursuit is a single-player arcade racing game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or files. There is no sign-in, no analytics and no crash-reporting service of our own. The game is fully playable offline; an internet connection is only used to serve ads and process optional purchases.

Information collected

On your device only (never sent to us): your cash, cars, upgrades and paint choices, rival ladder progress, best distances, daily-bonus streak, daily mission and daily run progress (including a recording of your best run of the day, used to show its "ghost"), settings (music and effects volume, vibration, steering, units, graphics, language and accessibility options) and the identifiers of purchases you have already received (so a purchase is never granted twice) are stored locally using Android's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App.

Motion sensor: if you choose tilt steering, the App reads your device's accelerometer in real time to steer the car. These readings are used instantly on the device, are not stored, and are never transmitted. Vibration: the App triggers your device's vibration motor for game feedback; no data is collected.

Collected by our advertising partner (Google AdMob): The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:

We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you. Google's handling of it is governed by Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Advertising and consent

Most ads in Nitro Pursuit are optional videos you choose to watch for a benefit: continuing a run after a crash, doubling the cash from a race, doubling the daily bonus, claiming free cash, or test-driving a car you don't own. Declining always costs you nothing. Occasionally a full-screen ad may appear between races (never during one, and not in your first few races). A one-time purchase removes these full-screen ads.

In regions where it is required (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App presents a consent request, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, before ads are requested. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy choices inside the App (shown where applicable).

You can also reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads.

In-app purchases

The App offers optional one-time purchases: removing full-screen ads, starter and welcome packs, a pack of premium paint finishes, and packs of in-game cash. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; we never see or store your payment details. Google shares a purchase record (product and order identifiers) with the App so it can deliver what you bought, and the App can restore your ad-free and paint purchases from Google Play on a new device.

Sharing and rating

If you tap Share after a race, the App makes a picture of your result and hands it to the app you pick from Android's own share menu. We never receive it, and nothing is shared unless you choose to. The App may occasionally show Google Play's built-in rating prompt; anything you submit there goes to Google Play, not to us.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App serves ads and contains purchases, please supervise use by minors.

Data security and retention

The only data the App itself stores is the on-device game progress and preferences described above. It is retained until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Ad-related data is retained by Google according to Google's policies. Data sent by the App to Google's advertising and billing services is encrypted in transit.
