This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Nestly ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is published by sainilabs. By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Nestly is a single-player bird-sorting puzzle game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or files. There is no sign-in and no analytics. The App works fully offline except for serving ads.
On your device only (never sent to us): Your level progress and highest level reached, star ratings and perfect-clear counts, daily-puzzle streak, milestone rewards, bonus hints and undos, selected bird theme, sound setting, colourblind mode, and remove-ads purchase status are stored locally on your device using Android's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you. Google's handling of it is governed by Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
A full-screen advert may appear between levels — never during a puzzle. The App also offers optional, opt-in adverts you choose to watch: a rewarded advert for extra hints or undos when you run out, and a "Love this game? Support us" button in Settings that plays a short advert to help fund the App. These are entirely your choice, and declining costs you nothing — the game stays free either way.
In regions where it is required (such as the EEA and the UK), the App presents a consent request, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, before any personalized ads are served. If you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads.
You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The App offers a single optional one-time purchase to remove the between-levels adverts. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; we never see or store your payment details. See Google Play's terms and privacy policy for how that data is handled.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App serves ads, please supervise use by minors.
The only data the App itself stores is the on-device game progress and preferences described above. It is retained until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Ad-related data is retained by Google according to Google's policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
