This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Hidden Haven: Hidden Objects ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is published by sainilabs. By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Hidden Haven is a single-player hidden object game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or files. There is no sign-in and no analytics. The game is fully playable offline; an internet connection is only used to serve ads and process optional purchases.
On your device only (never sent to us): your scenes cleared, stars, coins, power-ups, collection album, daily gift streak, Daily Challenge and Endless progress, purchase records, and your settings (music and sound volume, haptics, ambient effects, assist mode, reminder time) are stored locally using Android's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. If you have Android's device backup turned on, Android may include it in your own Google account backup.

This data is encrypted in transit. We do not receive it in a form that identifies you. Google's handling of it is governed by Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Most ads in Hidden Haven are optional videos you choose to watch for a bonus, such as free coins, doubling a scene reward, or extra time in a timed scene. Declining always costs you nothing. Occasionally a full-screen ad may appear between scenes (never during a search, never in your first scenes, and at most once every 90 seconds). Buying Remove ads or the Explorer bundle turns these between-scene ads off; optional reward videos remain available.
In regions where it is required (such as the EEA and the UK), the App presents a consent request, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, before any personalized ads are served. If you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy & ad choices inside the App.
You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads.
If you allow notifications, the App schedules one local daily reminder on your device (for example when your daily gift or the Daily Challenge is ready), and only on days you haven't played yet. Reminders are created by the App itself; no notification data is sent to us or to any server. You can turn them off or change the time in the App's Settings, or in Android's notification settings.
The App offers optional purchases: coin packs, Remove ads, the Explorer bundle, and a one-time Starter pack offered to new players for 24 hours. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; we never see or store your payment details. Google Play tells the App which item you bought so it can be delivered, and that record is kept on your device. Prices are shown in your local currency as provided by Google Play; the approximate US-dollar amount shown next to them is calculated on your device and is for reference only.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App serves ads and offers in-app purchases, please supervise use by minors.
The only data the App itself stores is the on-device game progress, purchase records and preferences described above. It is retained until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Ad-related data is retained by Google according to Google's policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
