This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Busy Depot: Bus Jam Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. The App is published by sainilabs. By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Busy Depot is a single-player puzzle game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or files. We do not run any servers that receive your data. The App works fully offline except for serving ads and the optional Google Play features described below.
On your device only (never sent to us): Your campaign progress and stars, coin balance, booster tokens, Daily Puzzle streak and streak freezes, daily missions, Lucky Wheel and login-reward state, weekend-event progress, unlocked and selected bus liveries, game statistics (such as levels won and passengers boarded), tutorial tips already shown, and your sound, music, haptics, motion and graphics settings are stored locally using Android's standard app storage.
Android backup: A copy of this game progress is kept in the App's private storage, which is included in Android's standard app backup. If you have Google backup turned on, Android may restore your progress when you reinstall the App or move to a new phone. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account's backup settings; we cannot access it.
Reminders: If you allow notifications, the App schedules reminders on your device (for example, when a new Daily Puzzle is ready, or when your streak is about to end). They are created on the device from your local game progress; nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off at any time in your device's notification settings for the App.

We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you. Google's handling of it is governed by Google's own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
A small banner is shown at the bottom of the screen after the first few levels. Full-screen ads appear only between levels — never in the middle of a level and never during your first few minutes of play. Several ads are optional and rewarded: you choose to watch them in exchange for double coins, an extra parking slot or more time when a level is lost, extra Lucky Wheel spins, or a bigger chest or daily login reward, and declining costs you nothing.
In regions where it is required (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App presents a consent request, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, before any personalized ads are served. If you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads. You can reopen these choices any time from Settings → Privacy & ad choices in the App, where it is offered.
You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The App has no in-app purchases. Coins are earned only by playing, through daily rewards, missions, chests and the Lucky Wheel, and by watching optional rewarded ads; they cannot be bought. Boosters, streak freezes and bus liveries are paid for with earned coins, not real money. The Lucky Wheel is a free reward spin; it involves no wagering and no payment.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and is not enrolled in the "Designed for Families" programme. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App serves ads, please supervise use by minors.
The only data the App itself stores is the on-device game progress described above. It is retained until you reset it in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App (and, if you use Google backup, until that backup is deleted). Ad-related data is retained by Google according to Google's policies. Data sent by Google's services in the App travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
